With Indiana University’s online RN to BSN Degree Completion Option, you can earn your Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree without breaking the bank. And unlike other RN to BSN degrees, we tell you the whole cost up front—no hidden fees, no surprises.

We also offer many financial aid options for RN to BSN students, including scholarships.

Tuition and fees

The cost of the online RN to BSN Degree Completion Option (including all fees) is:

  • $350 per credit hour for Indiana residents
  • $455 per credit hour for nonresidents

Your total cost will depend on the number of transfer credits you have. You must earn 120 credit hours to complete the degree, and you can transfer in a maximum of 90 credit hours from your previous education.

An Indiana resident transfers in 90 credit hours. To earn the 120 credit hours required to complete the BSN degree, the student must take 30 credit hours at IU at a cost of $350 per credit hour. The student’s total cost is $10,500.

A Michigan resident transfers in 75 credit hours. To earn the 120 credit hours required to complete the BSN degree, the student must take 45 credit hours at IU at a cost of $455 per credit hour. The student’s total cost is $20,475.
